Learn how University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) rolled out Responsibility Center Management (RCM) using a phased approach that included focus groups, town halls, and concluded with full automation in Axiom Software. The project has increased financial transparency and budget accountability across UAB.

A key phase of this project included a period of running in parallel with the old model and the new RCM model.
